PRODUCTION WEEK:

What a busy week we have had. Full of practices, dress rehearsals and then our big show. We have had so much fun with our production this term.

Makalita: We are practicing our singing outside Rm 23.
Ankush: I like the Snap Snap song.

Caleb: Mrs Viliamu taught us how to play some songs on the bells.
Xavair: I really liked playing the bells.

On Wednesday we got to watch Te Manawa and Te Ropu O Te Manukura practice their production.

On Thursday we got to have a dress rehearsal at City Impact church. We had our morning tea and headed off for our walk in the sun to the church.

When we got to City Impact Church we lined up outside and waited so we could go in.

Thursday night: PRODUCTION NIGHT:

We had so much fun on Thursday night. We got the production at 5:30pm and waited eagerly for the show to begin.

It was a very good night. We enjoyed watching the other teams do their performances.

It has been a very busy, exciting week for us.

Last week of Term 3 next week. Looking forward to our last week and our school holidays.

On Friday it was Odd Shoe Day. We swapped a shoe with a buddy for the day. We were supporting those with Cancer.

Today in Math we did some problem solving. Mrs Viliamu gave us four shapes and we had to use those shapes to workout how to make the shape of a house.

Tongan Language week.

Malo e leilei. This is week has been an exciting week. Take a look at the cool things we have done.

GET SET GO:

At Get Set Go, we are learning how to catch and throw a ball. Here is what we did this week.

We lined up into four groups and Georga showed us how to throw over arm.

We used one arm to point to where we wanted to throw the ball too.

We put our other hand with the ball in it behind our head.

Then we threw the ball at the hoop.

TONGAN LANGUAGE WEEK!!

This week was Tongan language week. We had a mufti day on Friday and lots of students came in their traditional Tongan dress.

The Tongan cultural group ran our assembly on Friday. They did an amazing job. There was lots of singing and dancing. We really enjoyed it.

Thanks for tuning in this week. Come back next week to see what we have been up too.
